What we collect and why

When you send a quote request we collect the details you type into the form: name, phone number, email address, pickup or drop-off address, journey date and time, passenger numbers and any notes. We use them for one purpose: to obtain a quote for your journey from a licensed private-hire operator. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is passed to one licensed Kent private-hire operator so they can quote and, if you accept, carry out the journey. They become a data controller in their own right for that booking and their own privacy notice applies. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 12 months so we can answer questions about a quote, then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites, and Cloudflare Turnstile on the forms to block automated spam. Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie to do that.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to the address above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
